Metabolome + Metagenome / 16S Analysis

In recent years, research on gut related diseases has developed rapidly and it is now thought that nearly 90% of diseases may be related to gut microbiota health. Metagenome/16S + metabolome correlation analysis enables researchers to establish a correlation model between host metabolism and gut microbiota and explore the causal relationships between microbes and disease.

Note: Stools and intestinal contents samples are recommended for Metagenome/16S services; blood samples (serum, plasma) are recommended for Metabolome services. No biological correlation analysis for the differential metabolites and the differential species.

Unique DNBSEQ™ Sequencing Technology

BGI’s RNA Sequencing services are typically executed with proprietary DNBSEQ™ sequencing technology platforms, for great sequencing data at some of the lowest costs in the industry. DNBSEQ™ offers advantages in terms of lower amplification error rates and much lower duplication rates. In addition, studies have shown the lower index hopping rate in DNBSEQ™ platforms.
