Metaproteomics services are performed using nano-flow liquid chromatography and cutting-edge mass spectrometer (Q Exactive HF/HF-X and Orbitrap Fusion Lumos).

The metabolism of microbial communities is determined by the proteome, which is defined as the total set of proteins of the microbial cells, including enzymes for growth and maintenance.
